Listings and Sales Continue Strong!
Ag and residential continued to increase in value in the 3rd and 4th quarters of 2021.
I believe we will begin to see a leveling off on residential prices and possibly a slight decrease over the winter months. However, with Interest rates currently low and the threat of FED's raising the Prime rate, I expect Interest rates for buyers to begin to rise in the late 1st quarter of 2022.
Appraisals are taking over 6 weeks in most cases...so plan accordingly.
