Honesty, morals, and ethics are extremely important to us...are they to you?
Can you work remotely and efficiently and are you able to travel the dusty roads of Nebraska? You do not need to have a brand new pickup...but a clean, reliable vehicle that can drive around the farms is pretty important so you can have clients jump in and show you their farm.
If your Vehicle gets dirty or muddy...will you wash it?
Can you talk or make calls either in person, on phone, text, email, through social media, etc? If you can do these things...if you can shake hands with a landowner or home owner you do not know...or banker...or attorney...this could be a great career.
Do you have a current database both offline and online that you can reach out to for listings or real estate auctions?
If not, can you build one in the area of the state you want to be in?
Can you be told no more than you are told yes?

We are members of the MyStateMLS which is NOT a member of NAR.
If you are currently a member of NAR...can you make a career with us and not be a "Realtor". We do not belong to NAR (on purpose) or your local mls. It is totally unneccessary to waste money with them.
I was a NAR member for 15+ years before I left in 2007 and am dang glad I did.
As I just mentioned...Our Farm and Home and Commercial Listings are shown on LandsofAmerica.com, Landsof Nebraska.com, Lands.com, realtor.com, zillow.com, crexi.com, landandfarm.com, trulia.com, mystatemls.com, and many, many more.
We do generate leads from these websites.
And guess what? I give those leads that come in to that agent in the area...I do not cherry pick the leads.
We also believe the agent should receive the vast majority of the commission he or she generates. Our commission splits are some of the highest in the Nebraska. PLUS No desk fees.
It really does pay to at least chat with us. Would that interest you?

I recently gave each agent 300 ink pens with their info on them to give out as a New Years gift. When is the last time your agency did that for you? Not the company number...but the agents name & number!
Of course all conversations with us are confidential. We would never want to jeapordize your current career or your current income.
We might not be what you are looking for...but why work for 50% commisions at other companies or less or pay ridiculous desk fees when you can join us and make way more?
